A TRUE PARAMETRIC 3D SOLUTION
Based on SolidWorks® technology, StructureWorks® is a parametric modeling solution. Meaning changes to geometry in the 3D model automatically propagate to the drawings and bill of material. StructureWorks® enables designers to more efficiently and accurately model every component, including all concrete products, reinforcing, connections, lifting hardware and other miscellaneous embedded items.
From the 3D model, drawings and bills of material are created by the software. Take it a step further and export to our other software XceleRAYtor® to create paperless manufacturing documentation. Export 3D models to several traditional industry collaboration tools, including Revit® and Navisworks®
LICENSING
StructureWorks licensing had a modular design to fit your companies needs. While professional can do it all, members of your team can have licenses that only apply to their tasks. 3 modules controlling their respective areas. Modeling for creating the structure, connections and pieces. Drawings for when its time to make those tickets, and erection drawings. Engineering to manage the data, from a structure level all the way down to embeds.

MODELING
From full structures down to embeds model every component in a 3D environment. Using your Fabricator keep track of standard parts that can be used across Jobs, to save on time. Take it a step further using a standard job to give you a leg up on products, having a majority of their components already inserted, modeling time will be drastically reduced.

DRAWINGS
Whether for production or erection, generating clear, concise instructions is key. Using your 3D model, simplify as much of your drafting process as possible. With tools and standards you create we can reduce times in creation of drawings, as well as providing all necessary information to reduce down times in manufacturing.

The training for StructureWorks is a 4 week program. Typically the first 2 weeks cover SolidWorks Essentials and the second 2 weeks are for StructureWorks. For customers familiar with SolidWorks that portion of the training is not needed. A more specific schedule is set up between the client and trainer. StructureWorks content will consist of but not be limited to Project Creation, Product Insertion, Connecting the building, Production Assembly creation, Piece Ticketing and Erection Sheet creation.
